mob was part of the 2015 Design Hotel, within the framework of the seventh edition of the Design Week Mexico.
Together with 14 design and architecture studios, transformed the different spaces of a building located in Mexico City.
Mob’s intervention revolves around the incidence of daylight control and the different atmospheres created by filtered light through a wood lattice.
To modify the perception of space, we used a mirror on the ceiling, which also generates a set of bouncing light around the space. The transition of materials plays a fundamental role, both in furniture and wall applications.
The functionalist style of the space was defined by Scandinavian and Japanese inspirations.
